We know the way we have chosen that is to say company management due to CSR is very demanding, but it brings permanent social benefits in prospect. In the scheme of CSR seemingly clear rules are in force: honesty, solidity, susceptibility, loyalty and law-abidingness, but they require everyday systematic work to be fulfilled.
CSR realisation:
We have been co-operating with Vocational School in Lidzbark Warmiński for many years to give the students possibility of serving their apprenticeship and gaining some experience that is so important in present job market.
We closely co-operate with local entrepreneurs and District Job Centre in Lidzbark Warmiński
We undertake a lot of social initiatives. We look after good relations between our workers and local community. We want our family festival organised on Children’s Day for our employees and local inhabitants to become a cyclical event. We would like to pay attention to importance of family and children in our lives. That is why our festivals are full of creative plays and then children attract all the attention. We are keen on making that day special for all kids and particularly for those from poor families.
We employ people of a little or moderate level of disability.
We take care of interpersonal relationship between our workers. We realize that a good and motivated team which works on the base of clear rules, fix aims and well-known priorities guarantee our customers’satisfaction.
We pay our employees’attention how important it is to protect the environment everywhere. We have introduced in our company 3R rules: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle to promote healthy for environment lifestyle, goods consumption and waste treatment. In Polish version it is the rule of 3U: avoid buying unnecessary things, reuse and utilize them.
We are still working out and introducing clear procedures inside the company.
We are concerned about high quality of our products so we exactly obey the procedures of quality systems due to Quality Book of Company Control Production according to PN EN 1090-1.
We are monitoring the usage of energy, natural resources (including water) and additional material (paper) using electronic paper circle and printing two-side only absolutely necessary texts.
We minimise the amount of production waste and limit their creation thanks to considered purchases; we also control systematical segregation.
Production workshop in Lidzbark Warmiński was equipped with professional instalation of technical gass tanks that lets as use the gass needed for cutting and weld works in optimum way. Thanks to the tanks we can increase the output in our workshop and protect environment decreasing harmful substance emission to the atmosphere. The tanks are undes contant surveillance in one well-marked place what makes them to be safe for our workers.
Our blasting and paint workshops are equipped with filters and sensors which first of all look after our workers’safety and at the same time decrease emission of the pollution that comes to the air during production process.
According to our values and business beliefs we understand the essence of public awareness and we are fully responsible for our activities. We believe that our commitment and help will pay off in the future and serve to general social development. We declare our obligations for a long term and want them to be constant and well- organised.
